We've launched LES MILLS QUALIFICATIONS (LMQ) into the Aotearoa, New Zealand market. This means more development opportunities, greater clarity on your strengths and enhanced development tools for you to level up as a group fitness instructor for Les Mills. GRADE REVIEW
With the launch of the LES MILL QUALIFICATIONS system, we have a new service to offer in the market - the Grade Review!
This is an opportunity to submit a video to an LMNZ Assessor and receive grades in the 5 Key Elements - showing your strengths and opportunities to develop - with the outcome being a level in the LMQ system. We encourage you to have a kōrero with your Group Fitness Manager/Coordinator to see if this option is right for you. And always feel free to take the leap if you are simply keen to get going!
